At the beginning of July a number of cadets, with the support of our dedicated Adult Volunteers, attended an Introduction to Fieldcraft session at RAF Honington.
Covering basic topics such as camouflage, movement in the field and signalling the cadets had a great time experiencing as taster of what it is like to live and work in the field.
Flying Officer Chris Brand – Wing Fieldcraft Officer added “It was great getting cadets together again, and to provide them with an activity they enjoy so much. We are looking forward to offering more sessions later in the year and building on the knowledge and skills we touched on this weekend.”
