Today over 50 cadets and staff are starting a week of activities in the Highlands of Scotland. For a number of years now Rothiemurchus Lodge, in the heart of the Cairngorms has been the base for adventure training opportunities for both cadets and staff from Norfolk & Suffolk Wing.
From hillwalking, mountain biking, canoeing and white water rafting the week offers a chance for everyone to hone their skills or try something new in a more challenging environment.
