1379 (Leiston) Squadron was pleased to host Sector 1 Squadrons at the beginning of December, for the first sector-led Bronze Leadership Course.
With 19 course participants, representing 5 Norfolk and Suffolk Wing squadrons, it was fantastic to see the close cooperation of both Staff and Cadets delivering a fundamental part of the Cadet experience.
Congratulations to the Cadets on achieving your leadership badges despite the cold conditions, and thank you to the instructing staff for making the weekend possible.
