Last weekend staff from Norfolk & Suffolk Wing successfully completed the Skill At Arms Instructor course.
One of the successful recipients was Flt Lt Paula Houghton, Wing Shooting Officer who added.
“It’s great news for the Wing having 3 extra Skill at Arms Instructors, giving us more opportunity to get cadets shooting, enjoying this incredibly rewarding activity.
The Course is very challenging, with 2 weekends of long days and a lot to learn but the team at 6 SATT were brilliant, helping everyone with their knowledge and experience and making sure we had all the resources we needed to gain the qualification.
We are all looking forward to putting our qualification to great use in the coming months as we restart our shooting programme after a lot of post-COVID delays!”
