A Norfolk and Suffolk cadet has been awarded a Bursary from The Royal Airforce Development Trust, to help finance equipment needed for University and their career in the chosen subject of Veterinary Medicine.
Joining at 12, they have enjoyed various activities offered, from camps both in the UK and overseas, to specialist camps at RAF Cranwell. Working with the OC, staff and NCO’s the cadet has helped support and grow squadron numbers keeping it viable within the Core. At the same time keeping up academic work resulting in a number of high grades at GCSE.
The award is available to support Air Cadets as they enter further educational training, apprenticeships or employment to help cadets achieve their full potential, ultimately securing full and meaningful employment.
